Department of Studies and Examinations
Department of Studies and Examinations and is responsible for the following tasks:
- Coordination between academic departments in preparing class schedules and covering shared courses with faculty members.
- Deciding on transfer requests between departments and the movement of students to and from the college, in coordination with the relevant departments and the college registrar.
- Preparing lists of the names of students who are eligible to take the exams, specifying their seat numbers and the subjects they are allowed to take the exam in.
- Issuing exam cards and delivering them to the students.
- Organizing class schedules, room schedules, and periodic and final exams.
- Monitoring academic matters and supervising periodic and final examinations.
- Distribution of supervision during periodic and final exams in coordination with the academic departments.
- Notify the relevant authorities of the exam results.
- Preparing reports on the progress of the educational process and examinations.
