- Supervision of the use of college vehicles.
- Supervision of cleaning operations at the college and public services.
- Supervision of the college cafeteria.
- Identifying the college's workforce needs in terms of employees and producers and notifying the university of them.
- Maintaining sub-files for employees and producers.
- Taking measures to grant leaves of all types and notifying the college about them.
- Taking measures to transfer employees and producers for treatment.
- Notification of the college regarding the annual reports for employees and producers.
- Monitoring the attendance and departure of employees and producers according to the rules established by the college in these cases.
- Distribution of employees and producers to the college management units after the approval of the college's popular committee secretary.
- Reporting to the college administration about violations committed by employees and producers.
- Expressing an opinion regarding the transfer, secondment, and loan of the college's employees and producers.
- Taking measures to hand over work to new employees and workers and to clear the status for those who end their work completely.
- Preparation of data and statistics related to employees and workers.
- Performing printing, scanning, and photography tasks.
- Delivery of incoming mail and correspondence, recording it in the incoming registers, and handing it over to the relevant departments.
- Delivery of correspondence issued by the college's departments after being recorded in the outgoing registers.
- Save images of correspondence in their designated files.
- Follow-up on the actions taken regarding incoming correspondence.
- Performing reception and inquiry tasks for visitors to the college administration.
- Providing all services to the employees of the college in accordance with the provisions of Law No. (19) of the year 1428 AH mentioned, and its executive regulations.
- Providing reception services for college guests, and organizing and arranging their meetings and encounters with officials.
- Completing hotel booking procedures and airport reception for faculty members and staff at the college.
- Taking residence procedures, granting exit visas, and booking travel tickets for faculty members and staff at the college.
- Preparing security plans and programs for all college buildings and facilities, in coordination with the relevant organizational divisions and implementing them.
- Organizing the movement of the college's vehicles, maintaining the records and files related to them, carrying out the necessary maintenance, managing their usage permits, and dispensing fuel, oils, and other supplies.
- Carrying out necessary maintenance work for buildings and their equipment and following up on their registration.
- Holding the necessary celebrations on religious, national, and patriotic occasions.
- Activating and fostering brotherhood and friendship among the college staff by organizing parties, recreational trips, and sports and social activities for the staff and their families.
- Organizing the participation of the college and its staff in tree planting and cleaning campaigns, as well as other social activities and national and patriotic celebrations.
- Coordination and organization of participation in cultural and scientific exhibitions and highlighting the activities of the college and its various departments.
- Participation in the work of committees and task forces related to the unit's activities.
He undertakes the following tasks:
- Preparation and disbursement of salaries and benefits allocated to employees.
- Participation in periodic, surprise, and annual inventory activities.
- Preparing the annual estimates for the college's operational material needs for laboratories, equipment, tools, furniture, and stationery required by the college, and setting their technical specifications after consulting with the college specialists.
- Carry out the purchasing and selling procedures as stipulated in the financial regulations, inspect the purchases, and ensure their compliance with the specifications outlined in the purchase contracts, and take the necessary actions regarding any defects or violations.
- Preparing the procurement documents and completing them in accordance with the regulations and instructions, and submitting them to the college treasury for disbursement according to the regulations and instructions.
- Participation in the work of committees and task forces related to the unit's activities.
- Maintaining inventory records and ledgers and making the necessary entries on an ongoing basis, as well as keeping item cards and recording the supplied and issued items.
- Ensuring the availability of all security and safety procedures and requirements in the warehouses.
- Taking all necessary actions to ensure the availability of appropriate inventory and reordering materials and items that have reached their reorder level.
- Conducting periodic, surprise, and annual inventory audits of the warehouses and taking necessary actions regarding any shortages or surpluses in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Participation in the work of committees and task forces related to the activities of the administration.
- Preparation of periodic and annual follow-up reports on the unit's activities.
- Managing the petty cash account at the college.
- Carrying out various disbursement activities within the limits of regulations and instructions.
- Collection of revenues and fees specific to the college.
- Receiving and documenting the curriculum and reference books and selling them according to financial receipts stamped by the college treasury.
