As part of the College of Medical Technology's commitment to developing institutional performance and achieving its strategic goals, a meeting was held today chaired by the Dean of the College of Medical Technology, with the attendance of the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, the Head of the Quality Department, the Head of the Physical Therapy Department, and the Head of the Public Health Department.
The meeting discussed the working mechanism for implementing the strategic plan and the operational plan of the college, establishing clear mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of programs and initiatives, defining responsibilities and performance indicators, to ensure the achievement of strategic objectives according to the specified timelines.
The attendees emphasized the importance of enhancing teamwork and continuous coordination among various departments and units, which contributes to improving the quality of academic and administrative performance, achieving the college's vision and mission, and serving the community in the best possible way.
