- The second topic: Discussion on institutional accreditation and the remaining time for the college until the deadline set by the Quality Assurance Center for educational institutions regarding medical colleges, and the necessity of establishing a working mechanism.
- The third topic: Establishing a mechanism and setting a timeframe for filling out reports and evaluation forms for faculty members, and the importance of adhering to this process as it is a requirement for institutional accreditation and ensuring continuous quality improvement.
- Topic Four: Discussion of the mechanisms for starting the academic year 2020-2021 and establishing a process for student admissions, as well as defining a clear and written mechanism for departmental placement in the student guide and the college guide.
- Topic Five: Identifying the needs of academic departments for faculty members and preparing to establish the academic plan for the 2020/2021 academic year.
- Topic Six: Review of the Vision and Mission of the College of Medical Technology and Approval.
