Agenda for the first monthly meeting of the Medical Laboratories Department for the academic year 2026 / 2027
1- Discussion of the educational process during the month of October and the extent of students' and faculty members' attendance.
2- Discussing the needs of the laboratories and working to provide them as soon as possible.
3- Distributing academic advising groups to faculty members and committing to follow up with them, finding solutions to their problems if any, and submitting monthly reports on that.
4- Discussion of the mechanism for selecting graduation project titles, ensuring they are directly related to the specialization and that their results recommend community service.
5- Encouraging faculty members to contribute to the scientific output of the college by publishing practical research in accredited journals and discussing the obstacles or challenges faced by faculty members in this regard.
6- Evaluation of the scientific papers submitted by colleague Professor Ahmed Abouswa for the purpose of promotion to the rank of lecturer and their compliance with the requirements and approval.
7- New developments in actions and proposals.
In conclusion of the meeting ... the department head thanked everyone for their efforts that they are putting in.
