The fifth meeting of the College of Medical Technology Council was held under the chairmanship of the Dean of the College, with the presence of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Director of the Faculty Members' Office, the Head of the Quality Department, the Heads of the Scientific Departments, and the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs.
The meeting began with a discussion of several scientific, academic, and administrative topics related to the progress of work at the college, where the second round of exams was addressed, along with the follow-up on the procedures for recording grades and approving the results..
Regarding the college archive, the council reviewed what has been accomplished in the archiving project, where the files of all academic departments have been archived, except for the Department of Physical Therapy, whose files are now ready and only require final review by the Department of Studies and Examinations, in preparation for the full approval of the archive for all academic departments in the college.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the dean of the college emphasized the necessity of completing the remaining tasks within the specified deadlines and adhering to the council's decisions, ensuring the smooth operation of the educational and administrative processes at the college.
