The fourth meeting of the College of Medical Technology Council was held under the chairmanship of the Dean of the college, with the attendance of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and all members of the college council. The meeting was also attended by the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs of the college, the college registrar, the head of the examination committee, and the head of the study and examinations department.
The council discussed a number of important scientific and academic topics that concern the progress of the educational process at the college, in addition to discussing some administrative issues and the mechanisms for addressing them, and working to overcome difficulties and facilitate procedures to ensure the smooth operation of work.
The council also discussed a number of items referred from the Appeals Committee and took the necessary actions regarding them in accordance with the applicable regulations. In addition, the council discussed the readiness of the Examination Committee to begin the second round of exams for the failing students, wishing all students success and achievement.
The meeting also addressed the discussion of the mechanism for electing the Dean of the Faculty Members at the college and the election of the Staff Dean, as part of enhancing institutional participation and representing the college members in a way that serves the public interest.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the council emphasized the importance of cooperation among all components of the college and working in a spirit of teamwork to achieve the college's goals and enhance the educational and administrative processes.
