The third meeting of the Faculty of Medical Technology Council

The Dean of the College of Medical Technology, Dr. Jumaa Ayoub, and the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Mr. Nagy Wargh, held a meeting of the College Council in the presence of the heads of the academic departments and faculty members on Tuesday, March 30, 2026, in the college's meeting hall, to discuss several topics related to the progress of the educational process.

The meeting addressed a number of important topics, including:

  • Resumption of midterm exams.
  • Discussion of the Graduation Projects Guide.
  • Formation of accreditation committees for academic departments.
  • Monitoring the attendance and absence of faculty members at the college.

The meeting concluded with the following points:

1- Confirmation of the resumption of midterm exams according to the specified schedules, with full adherence to the regulations governing the examination process.

2- Approval of the graduation project guide after its review, and ensuring compliance with it by all academic departments.

3- Forming specialized committees for program accreditation of scientific departments and assigning them to prepare the necessary reports according to the approved standards.

4- Emphasizing the importance of the regular attendance of faculty members, adherence to the class schedules, and taking necessary actions regarding cases of unexcused absences.

5- Assigning department heads to follow up on the implementation of the recommendations and submit periodic reports to the college administration.

6- Ensuring the necessity of cooperation among all departments to guarantee the smooth progress of the educational process and to elevate the academic level.
