On Wednesday, December 30, 2020, the first issue of the Libyan Journal of Food and Nutrition was published. It is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that focuses on studies and research in the field of nutrition.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Naji_Al-Hadi_Abuwars is a faculty member at the College of Medical Technology at Nalut University, the chairman of the scientific committee for the first International Conference on Food and Nutrition, and a member of the review and auditing committee for the first issue of the journal.
